Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all TV mounting and related services ("Services") provided by TV Bracket Installation ("we," "us," "our").

By booking our services, you agree to the terms stated below:


1. Scope of Services

We provide professional installation services, including:

TV Bracket Installation (Fixed, Full Motion, Ceiling, TV Stand, and Custom Brackets)

Soundbar mounting

Installation of lights, wall art, and curtain rods

We install on all types of wall surfaces, including concrete, drywall, tile, hollow blocks, and more.


2. Service Areas

We currently serve the following locations:
Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan (North), Pampanga, and Olongapo.


3. Booking & Confirmation

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
To confirm your booking, please provide:

Full name

Complete installation address

Active contact number

Photo of the installation area (optional but recommended)


4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required immediately after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept the following payment methods:
[Cash / GCash / Bank Transfer] (replace as needed)


5. Warranty Policy

We offer:

1-month service warranty for installations using client-provided brackets

1-year warranty for installations using brackets provided by us

Warranties cover installation workmanship only.
Warranty does not apply if:

The TV, bracket, or wall was tampered with or mishandled

Damage occurred due to improper use, overloading, or external force

The installation was done on an unstable or unfit wall, against our recommendation


6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and proper installation, the client must:

Inform us of any electrical wires, water pipes, or other obstructions behind the wall

Ensure the area is clear and accessible during installation

Obtain prior approval or permits if required by condominium or subdivision management


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a ₱200 cancellation fee to cover transport and scheduling costs


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing issues with your wall, TV, or equipment

Damage caused by third-party tampering or improper use

Wall failure due to hidden structural issues not visible or declared during installation


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our official booking form or Facebook page.
